I agree with the above.

Tokyo is a huge sprawling city, but the Keisei Skyliner offers quick access to one of the more interesting parts. The area around Tokyo and Shinagawa Stations, which is where the N'Ex leaves you, is just a bunch of office buildings and stores that look like... office buildings and stores.

If I had five to six hours in Tokyo, Ueno and/or Asakusa would be the best choices for a taste of Japan that actually tastes like Japan and not International Business Executive Land.
