Congrats on becoming MVP! I remember when I crossed the line for the first time in 2003, qualification my have been only 15k EQM back then, don't remember. I do remember calling, inquiring about status. The wonderful people at AS customer service upgraded my account. Somehow they forced me on the UG list for my return flight 4 days later. It was a SEA-BOI trip, and I got the upgrade.

Of course this was many years ago, so systems may have changed.
