Did you perhaps recently subscribe to both "The Rapid Rewards Report" and "The Rapid Rewards E-Mail Update" at www.southwest.com/rremail?

Current promotion states: "Sign up for both emails by 10/30/09, stay subscribed for three months, and we'll automatically deposit 2 credits into your account."
