names of Delta?s Crown Room Clubs have changed to Delta Sky Clubs, your
Crown Room Pass will still be accepted. Additional terms, conditions,
and information regarding the membership are available on your card
which will be arriving to you soon via US mail.

This canned response is supposed to be going away..... with the paid F ticket JFK-SFO-JFK you should never have had to use the SkyClub day pass anyway.

Reply to that email, give 'em bullet points if you'd like, but you will likely receive a better response on the 2nd try (unfortunately).

Still significantly better than some of the form letter responses I've received from Citibank.
