I am not getting the veg meal in 'courses' any more either, it just comes all stuff on one try - fruit mix, unidentifiable gelatinous appetizer, unidentifiable entree, pseudo-Vegamite, sometimes a salad.

And oddly enough I am now getting butter instead of magarine. For that I am happy as I am used to asking, but odd that they suddenly made that switch after years of magarine on the veg plate.
