Very easily. It just depends on your dates and location. Booked 2 cars for next month. One was considerably cheaper for Hertz and booked via Quidco for cash back at least. Other was considerably cheaper for Europcar, so booked via bmi.

I don't think there is much in it overall, just depends on good old luck of the draw on the location in particular.
