Combining two flight reservations (Lufthansa)
I have a ticket from Tel Aviv to Frankfurt on Lufthansa. I also have a separate ticket from Frankfurt to the US, also on Lufthansa, leaving an hour and a half after arrival of the first flight. Will I have any problem "merging" the two tickets when I check in in Tel Aviv, so that I can be checked in on both flights and have my baggage checked through? These are two separate UA frequent flyer award tickets.

Or can I do anything ahead of time to merge these?
