It looks like a normal reservation (and confirmation email) but with that rate applied. I guess it would be up to the hotel but as reservations are made through the central system it would seem most likely that the hotel will honor it. There are so many different types of rates these days. The were no T&C listed on the booking info nor confirmation that indicate any particular offer dates. Of course, YMMV.
