I believe the loopy video is furnished by LodgeNet, and it's not Hyatt specific. I first saw it at the W Hotel.

Then again, Hyatt needs to do a better job developing the "Hyatt" channel. At our last stay in Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, they looped the 30 second You Are More Than Welcome commercial endlessly.
