It looks like Cannon has finally wised up. The Cannon G11 is REDUCING its resolution to 10 mp which I suspect will make it a great low noise performer.

If you want even better you can get the Olympus EP-1 or the Panasonic DMC-GF-1. These are a little large but should still fit in your pocket and have FULL SIZED (miro 4/3) sensors!
