Have a 1.5 hr layover (YOW-YYZ-LAS) and was inquiring if there was a place in Terminal 3 that has breakfasts that were good. (other than Tim Hortons).

If there is a suggestion, could you tell me if it is pre or post US Customs. I am flying Westjet if that makes a difference as to gate locations etc...
