I have a WC Lifetime membership. I wrote to [email protected] to inquire/verify about lounges I would still have access to in Seoul & Mumbai since these lounges are listed on the Sky Club Location site under " Are you a WorldClubs cardholder? There are lounges you still have access to"


Below is the email I wrote to inquire & the responses I received from Delta which is just ridiculous...! They post these locations however cannot guarantee access for a WC member. Has any WC member recently access the lounges in Seoul or Mumbai.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about access to the Korean Airlines Lounge - Seoul & the lounge in Mumbai. I will be flying Korean Air on Nov 26, 2009 LAX - ICN - BOM & returning on Jan 10, 2010 accompanied my my wife & elderly mother. While reviewing the Sky Club page (attached), it states that WorldClubs cardholders still have access to additional lounges. Seoul & Mumbai are listed as below:

Seoul, Korea 4th floor, Concourse A near Gate 117 Korean Airlines
Mumbai, India Transit area close to Gates 3 & 4

As per the Korean Airlines website, I was able to get the lounge information below. There is no additional information or website for the lounge in Mumbai.

-First Class Lounge: Location : East Side of 4th Floor Operating Hours: Open at 06:30, Close at 21:30~22:00
-Prestige Class Lounge: Location : East Side of 4th Floor Operating Hours: Open when first flight of the day arrives, Close at 21:30~22:00

Can you please verify/confirm which lounges I would be able to access with my WorldClubs Lifetime Membership at the time of my travel including lounge name/details. Please also advise on any additional requirements as applicable to access the lounges in Seoul & Mumbai with my WorldClubs membership. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your inquiry. Per our agreement with Korean Airlines, you would be granted access to the Seoul lounge with one (1) guest. However, at partner lounges, guest access is subject to the policies of each lounge partner. Delta Sky Club cannot guarantee guest entry at partner lounge locations. Therefore, we cannot guarantee entry for both of your guests.

I am researching further your request regarding access in Mumbai and will respond with that additional information shortly.

We appreciate your membership and thank you for flying with us.
