I note all the replies arguing the toss about being upgraded to the Club Floor and lounge access, but what about simply being assigned a Club Floor room? e.g. Joe Public with no PC account shows up late, wants a certain room configuration that's only available on a Club Floor, gets assigned the room. Does he get lounge access?

If not, and you can't get it automatically with PC status, nor via an upgrade, that suggests the only way you can guarantee lounge access is to buy a Club Floor room. Yes? No?
