I have a few questions which I wonder if you'd be so kind to answer publicly.

I've heard Mr. Pritzker talk about the Hyatt Culture. I wonder what kind of culture Hyatt embodies by replacing employees who were the fabric of the Hyatt cutlure with outsourced $8.00/hour employees? If Hyatt can demonstrate a cost savings by reducing the hourly rate of its housekeepers, can Hyatt do the same by replacing it's General Managers with outsourced General Managers, Front Desk Agents with outsouced Front Desk Agents, Concierge with outsourced Concierge, Finance personnel with outsourced Finance personnel, and waitstaff with outsourced waitstaff? What category of employees will Hyatt outsource next?

If Hyatt previously controlled for who it hired by checking the background of its employees, is it safe to assume that the agency that its outsourced housekeeping to will ensure that the person who cleans our room in not a criminal? If the outsourced employees are without health insurance might the outsourced employees come to work with open infectious wounds or productive infectious coughs? In this era of H1N1 what are the chances that the outsourced housekeepers have access to the Influenza and H1N1 vaccines?

What control does Hyatt have on the person who is handed a master key and allowed access to my guest room?

What steps has Hyatt taken to ensure that their outsourced housekeeping employees are treated fairly?

What does Hyatt say to its employees who have not yet been outsourced? How does one create the Hyatt culture when the remaining employees are left to wonder when they will be replaced by outsourced employees?

Does Hyatt consider the practice of lying to employees about outsourced employees serving only as vacation relief employees ethical?

Please tell me about the Hyatt culture. Does Hyatt have a Guarantee of Fair Treatment for outsourced employees or does it guarantee fair treatment to the few remaining employees who have not yet been outsourced?
