I would concur that the New Orleans style food on the FRA-USA flights is better than most of the other current offerings. On my recent FRA-SFO, business class was served

Jambalaya, Creole Stew and King Prawns, Chicken, Vegetables and Rice.

Quite tasty but didn't see any chicken

Alas the colorful Salad of Seasonal Greens was mostly filler of shaved carrot rather than lettuce, and a heavy dressing - what happened to the oil/vinager bottles?

Once again the flights from FRA have better food - no surprise.

Also warm beer - I thought this was a British thing, not German.

As far as I can see, the only reason to fly C on LH is for the seat - not the food.
