I did not think it would be possible to top the mediocrity rating for my SFO-FRA meals, but my recent LOS-FRA was indeed worse - all in all truly horrific and made me regret the decision to forego 2 hours of sleep:

Smoked Fish Roulade with Horseradinsh and Trout with Potato and Cucumber Salad

Porcini flavored Roast Beef served with Cive Creme Faiche and Bean Salad

Mixed Lettuce with Strips of Turkey Breast, Pumpkin Bell Pepper, Musrooms and Mountain Cheese accompanied by Pumpkin Seed Oil Dressing


Chiven braised in Red Wine served with Carrots, Asparagus and Curd Spatzle - the worst parts of the chicken cut into small pieces doused with heavy sauce and rather embarassing spatzle if Germany had any input

Fried pikeperch with Zucchini, Mushroom Stew and Pearl Barley

Spinach Bread Dumplings with Broccoli, Champignons, Oysters and Herb Mushrooms
