May I suggest Australia? Direct flights from Tokyo to Cairns (7.5 hrs), Gold Coast (9 hours), Sydney (10 hours), Perth (10.5 hours) all have beaches.

This may be a little too far to travel with young children just for a couple of days, but are a suggestion anyway.
