I've done that kinda thing (Europe to Israel travel) a lot. I can definitely help you out but I need the following information:

1) Are you willing to fly to Egypt (i.e. Taba) or Jordan (i.e. Amman or Aqaba)?
2) Alternatively, are you willing to leave from another point in Europe (i.e. Germany, Belgium, even Manchester, etc.) if the price (including your rail and/or air connection) is right?
3) How much checked baggage, if applicable, do you have?
4) What are your intended travel dates?
