just a quickly info:

May 2009 i join skywards program.
June 2009 i take 2 times the fly MXP/DXB/SHA
July 2009 some people steal my e/mail (msn) password and i can't read my mail
July 2009 my emirates blue card don't arrive
August 2009 i fly again MXP/DXB/SHA (now 27K silver card)
Sept. 2009 my emirates silver card don't arrive
Sept. 2009 i can check all in the website skywards, but never received the card.

Next week i travel again with EK SHA/DXB/MXP, where i can find the right office in Dubai Airport for my problem?
Now i changhe the mail in my profile, but i don't know if Emirates send me some info about my card in the last period.
