I think this is yet another example of my belief that Delta has not yet become comfortable with, much less become competent with, being a "premier global airline." The mentality is still somewhat U.S. east coast centric. You can sort of understand that, but it's a shame that there aren't people within the company rattling the cages saying, "you know, there are a couple of billion people in Asia who might want to go to Hawaii."
It is fine with me if the hospitality is always Atlanta-centric, but I wish the programs were more worldly-sophisticated in character.
