I've been on the LHR-SIN route with QF and BA in PE/WT+. I think the QF's PE product is much better than BA's. As you'll find in other threads on the topic, BA is essentially a Y+ plus product and QF's PE is more like a J-.
Agree with all of this - and that's before the possibility of getting a J seat because of the cabin shuffling at QF.
But, as has also been said, QF PE is better
value depends on the price that you'd have to pay. In that respect, it's worth pricing up all the codeshare combinations to see what's the best value.
