While the keyboard may not be labeled with those symbols, if you change the language set on the system to English - UK from English - US the keyboard should behave correctly. That might be confusing since what you get won't necessarily what the key face shows, but it should work.
There are also quite a few places that sell replacement key caps - you can google it.
