That's great if you're departing from the Continental U.S., Alaska, or Canada. But the OP was asking about a chart if you're departing from Hawaii, which is exactly what NWA provides here: http://www.nwa.com/worldperks/direct...s/hawaii.shtml

Why doesn't Delta have something similar?
