Does anyone happen to have DL's unpublished award charts? Unlike every other airline, DL does not publish it's award charts online (other than out of US49/Canada). I've spent the last two weeks trying to get that from DL over phone and e-mail, but 40+ emails later still nothing. Unlike every other airline that publishes its award charts online, DL guards its award charts as TOP SECRET material (I guess because the DL award levels are so much higher than every other airline, SkyMiles being truly a "worst of class" loyalty program in terms of the incredibly low value of the SkyMiles).
What I asked DL is this:

As you don't want to provide the full award mileage chart (as all other airlines simply publish on their web sites) out of Hawaii, can you please kindly just do the following:
1. Bring up on one screen:

2. Bring up on another screen your internally published award chart of the three mileage levels in coach and 1st/busienss out of Hawaii (or check in your reservations systems).
3. See what award mileage levels are different (any others other than HI to Asia?)
4. Please just tell me WHICH AWARD MILEAGE LEVELS OUT OF HI, OTHER THAN HI TO ASIA, DL IS NOW INCREASING -- what are those new levels.
That's all!
No need of anything for the ones DL is not increasing (yet..), just please look up and tell me the NEW award mileage levels out of HI for any other destinations other than Asia that you are now increasing.

But of course even to that they (DL support and DL reservations) will not respond.. truly some of the worst CS of any company by DL (but that's not new).
So far the levels I see increasing are: 75%-100% (doubling) increase in award levels HI to N. Asia, HI to S. Asia. 25% increase in award levels within Asia.
But what others is Delta increasing (without, of course, telling anyone - keeping it as a dirty secret)?
As a Hawaii resident, personally all I need is the equivalent of:

(I know that HI to Asia mileage is going from 20K low one way coach to 35K low one way coach and from 35K low one way WBC to 70K low one way WBC, and have checked on others but get inconsistent results on delta.com -> Book Award Flight. The "low" results will yield different, inconsistent, mileage often times for the same route low/low available just on different dates. And, of course the delta.com site is truly a "worst of class" design in terms of total disregard for usability and total lack of any design sense (feels like an elementary school first web site project). It only shows the total miles, doesn't even break it down and show the milage level each way (as their own limited US49/CA award chart shows!).
If anyone has a more complete DL SkyMiles award chart, sharing it here (or via PM) would be much appreciated. Esp. of interest to me are HI to worldwide destinations award levels.
