1. You need to enroll one *A FFP firstly and then enter "Register Now".
2. After filling all forms, push "Submit".
3. Then you will get a list, what you must offer, and the contract adr/fax/email. Make sure you write down all these or print it out.
4. I use email to contact Asiana Club and send them all necessary documents.
5. Although I have bought one *A ticket, I can get the Status Match only after I send them my bording pass copy. So I can have the *A Gold only after my flight, not before.

It is quite easy, actually.
