Just pray that they don't go the way of UA where cost cutting has it where the only food you can get is a bag of chips and there is no internet available. I swear their lounges are the worst by far.
Thanks for reminding me. I found out the US's United's domistic Red Carpet Club lounges are one of the worst lounges among all I have been into. Indeed, no hot food. I recall the one in San Francscio (considered nicer ones), there were no hot food nor nice cookies. I did get some pre-packaged begal..

Normally, you would think lounges at the carrier's home country should be the best of the best.... United lounges in US domestic terminals are terrible.

Some of the nicer ones were in the International Terminal in SFO or LAX, where they have shower rooms and hot food! I still find it amazing that the degree of difference Interational Lounge VS Domestic Lounge have.

The best lounges I ever been into... Narita's ANA or United's Lounge. Pop, food, and even soup noodles. Seoul's (Asiana Lounge) also had a good one with hot soup noodles.

The one the made the longest impression on me is the one from Singapore Airline's lounge in.. (drums) Singapore. When I went there, it was a full buffet!
