Not necessarily. Last month I got new PJs and a new washbag (a CW one, not the BAg) for BKK-SYD. But on the way back this month (by which time BAgs were back) there were no new PJs or BAgs after BKK for SYD-LHR passengers.

No sign of fast track immigration cards for SYD either (though in the end it didn't matter as I just walked fast to immigration and had transferred to the Qantas domestic terminal within 40 minutes of arrival).
