Yup, with the rows off-set. If you do it just right, there's enough gap at both ends of the box to slide the flaps into. I've found that this sometimes leads to unorganized boxes when I get to the bank (maybe it's just my driving on the way there). Rows of 6-5-6-3 work well and don't get as disorganized. If you leave the row of 3 closer to the end with flaps, you can still get the box shut without issue.
In any case, the bankers don't realize my stacking mechanism and nearly always pull the rolls out of the box to count them. It's fun watching them try to get 'em all back in the box. My one Chase bank is becoming more trusting and rarely even opening the boxes of $500 that I'm taking in.
