I will issue an award ticket by UA for FM's flights, PVG to TSA (Taipei's domestic airport but now has some direct flights to China). I would like to know if I can change my FM flight to CA's PVG to TPE without change fee before departure.

I already read previous threads about award change fee for these co-terminal airports. But most discussions are based on USA airports, especially for WAS, NYC and LAX.

Does any UA expert know about co-terminal definition application to other international airports? Like Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei, are all have two airports in the same city. The smaller and domestic one is always closer to city center and there are more international flights recently for its convenient location, like SHA, HND, GMP and TSA.
