This, plus the removal of Westin Heavenly Bed from PS C class, is really pissing me off. UAL is moving in the wrong direction.
Perhaps we need a special "Elites Only" website? I thought there was already something different for 1K folk, but doesn't sound like it.

All it would take is a bit of added cost and finding tech people who could implement a quality website.
