Well after speaking to three supervisors at Verizon today I made the decision to switch to Sprint and ordered the TP2 with them. Verizon refused to lower the prices on their calling plans one cent. The best that they did was take $100 off of the online $199 price. After doing the math and figuring in the $95 ETF with Verizon I will still save approximately $550 on a two year contract.

There was a link to a Sprint employee's blog posted on PPCGeeks where he gives you his Sprint email address and the last three digits of his ID number. You then use this information to receive an employee discount plan and I signed up for their Everything Plus Data 500 minute plan with unlimited text and data. That was $40 less expensive monthly than Verizon's 450 minute plan with unlimited text and data that goes for $99.99.
