Being asked a few questions by an identifiable immigrations agent is leaps and bounds beyond the treatment you can expect to get regularly in many areas of the world. Get out of your comfy first world travels with elite flying programs and come back and answer this question after you have 'bribed' an 'agent' or watched your clothes be taken out of the shack you are being questioned in.
I smile every time I get a welcome home at IAD or LHR. And yes, I still get a "welcome home" as a GOES participant. ^
