Welcome to FT and the BA board! The answers to all of your questions can be found in the 'Ultimate Guide' thread at the top of this forum (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...-ba-guide.html).

Next Generation Club World (NGCW) was first introduced in 2006 and, over the last 3 years, has been rolled out across all B747s and most B777s. The few B777s yet to be refurbished and all longhaul B767s fly with New Club World (NCW) (now old!). Both seats go flat and you probably won't really notice the difference between the two iterations. NGCW is more private. All 747s and 767s and around half of the 777s have AVOD entertainment, but all aircraft have personal TVs. Service is (theoretically) exactly the same on all aircraft.

Full details on which aircraft have NGCW and AVOD can be found here; http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...rld-guide.html

Heathrow. Terminal 5 has the full complement of new Galleries concept lounges - a choice of three Galleries Clubs for Club World/Club Europe/oneworld Sapphire passengers.
