What really riles me is where a map is just wilfully unlike reality - for example the HEX line maps that show the T4 connection sprouting off from T123 to the north, with blank space on the equivalent spot on the south side

BTW, I also tried to walk from Marble Arch to Lancaster Gate, believing that the distance was the same as between Bond Street and Marble Arch, but that was a long long time ago ...
