I’ve had things returned to me for no charge, even though I offered to pay. The OP mentioned this was a motel in the thread title, so maybe doing something like using a UPS account to generate a prepaid label for the motel to receive via an email link. The only thing they would have to do is print out the label, tape it to the box and call 800-PICK-UPS.
