We just spent a night at the Palmer House and were upgraded to a huge suite - full dining room, bar room, living room, bed that equals the Sheraton's and two baths!

Be sure to e-mail in advance your upgrade request and any reservations you might need to the concierge desk. You will receive an e-mail with the addresses after you make your reservation.

We were disappointed in Trader Vics food and service - but loved the martini's at The Big Downtown!! I would recommend dinner at the Italian Village about a block west on Monroe if you like Italian.
