It's all the extension of the same idea - there are certain acts that are so egregious that, even if they stand alone, they warrant punishment.
I am fully in agreement that this is the case here.
I guess I don't see it as cut and dry as that because this agent isn't a criminal, she merely made a mistake on her facts and offended the OP. She apologized for it and that should be the end of it. Now, if the OP goes to the same PClub and gets a stern talking to again, then something should be said.
I've been hassled a few times by PC agents because of my young features (though I'm well above the drinking age) and it was a little irritating but it was no skin off of my back and each time the agent apologized.
