I just got back from the Heaven Hill (distributors of Burnett's) website. As my quest for the perfect Bourbon continues, I have before me about 3 oz of Elijah Craig. The purchase was made first, but there's nothing wrong with research after the fact when necessary. I promise to buy a bottle of Burnett's as soon as the gin space in the liquor cabinet clears out, although it will be a hard sell to my FIL, who insists on Tanqueray for his martinis. However, he left here 4 days ago and I don't expect his arrival again for another 8 months. Nice find,
