Me- I do not hold a Taiwanese passport.
Officer- But you just told me you are Taiwanese.
Me- Yes, but I do not possess one.
Officer- Well you certainly do not look like an American.
Me- Yes, but I was born in the United States, and I believe my being born there entitles me to a passport from the United States.
Officer- Thank you sir. Have a nice stay in Seoul.
Me- Thanks, I'll try.

My colleague also witnessed this aneurysm inducing exchange.

This interaction makes the average dimwitted TSA officer look like a college professor and I have never ever witnessed this amount of stupidity, even on U.S. soil.
