Trader Vic's menu items on HNL-ORD flight on 9/10. Choice was some glazed chicken with rice or salmon with potatoes. Salmon was dry, but the mushroom sauce was tasty. Same old small salad and piece of lemon cake on the tray.

Same menu for the afternoon LAX-HNL I flew last week. Also the noon HNL-SFO had the same chicken or salmon. It was A slight improvement from the previous menu but not as good as when United had Trader Vics with a separate salad and ice cream. Are the HNL-SFO/LAX flights now also catered in LAX and SFO? Is this actually a Trader Vics menu?
