I'm staying at the Sheraton Framingham right now and just visited the club. There is an honor bar with alcohol for purchase. As far as food, there were a cheese and crackers, assorted vegetables (cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, etc) with a dip, a pretty horrible looking pre-sliced pie, and two hot appetizers, one being mini taquitos and the other bacon-wrapped scallops (but don't confuse these with fresh scallops!).
