Online Itinerary and Printed Board Pass conflict

I was holding a middle seat for two week (at least it was an exit row on the A320 so not the worst situation).

Low and behold, when I went to check in today, 6D was available (my 2nd favorite seat!). I grabbed it, checked in, printed my boarding pass.

So later today when I'm checking 2-3 of my other upcoming itineraries, for some reason I peaked at tomorrow's itinerary and guest what: they still show me in 10E. I was not able to view seats or make changes. I quickly called the 1k desk and she shows me at 10E but assures me that she is positive (correction, "almost positive") they would honor my seat assignment.

Thoughts? Similar experiences? Advice?

Thanks, as always.

PS This will all be a moot point of my UG clears! Fingers crossed!
