for me, I think it is IAD (Unless my memory isnt on the same page as me).. been a year or so since I used it, but i seem to recall that the F lounge is a tiny tiny room basically without windows and only a handful of tables? it also got quite crowded and had poor offerings..
But, as I said, it might have been some other airport.
