Yes, the number of miles depends on the rate you book, however the following will apply:

1,500 destinations miles on all public rates
500 destinations miles on all corporate rates

Will I be able to spend my destinations miles with Europcar?
Yes, you can spend your miles on a range of cash value voucher as shown below. To request a voucher please call the Diamond Club call centre.

£25 voucher = 15,000 destinations miles
£50 voucher = 30,000 destinations miles
£75 voucher = 45,000 destinations miles
£100 voucher = 60,000 destinations miles
£125 voucher = 75,000 destinations miles.

Any car rental booking made with Europcar prior to the 15 September 2009 will not earn destinations miles.

You'll need to show your membership card or virtual card at the time of collection. The % off varies depending on your tier, the tier that you are when you make the booking will be applied.

I have made a booking with Hertz prior to 15 September, will I still receive miles?
Yes, as long as the booking was made prior to 15 September 2009 miles will still be earned and will be credited to your account automatically.

I have a car hire voucher issued for use with Hertz, will it still be accepted by Hertz?
Hertz will still accept the voucher, however if you'd prefer to swap to a Europcar voucher please contact the Diamond Club call centre.

I have a Hertz upgrade voucher, can I still use it?
Hertz will honour the upgrade vouchers for all bookings made prior to 15 September 2009. If you've made a booking with Europcar and haven't received an upgrade voucher with your new membership pack, you can request a voucher by contacting diamondclub <dot> datacapture <at> flybmi <dot> com
