This was booked directly with Europcar, and a pickup from their London Waterloo branch. It only sticks in the mind as the Other Half enjoyed a considerable "I told you so" moment as we drove back along the M4 and the fuel light came on......

Think I may cancel my Streetcar membership when I need to start paying for it (in 2010), and switch to using Hertz and Europcar. Our corporate contact rates with Hertz are pretty good, and whilst the miles were nice, I'll probably stick with Hertz for majority of rentals and credit to VS...
