Actually, my remark about TLV/CAI etc was just wishful thinking 'out loud' ... but I think IST counts as Europe; and how about MOS? (Geographically, they are both in continental Europe, and are probably the most distant AFKL euro destinations ex CDG/AMS.)* But the 30,000 miles I mentioned is not for the award itself, it's the new extra miles (on top of the basic award) to cover the taxes+surcharges. I presume that's the same for both biz or eco awards (but "biz" in Europe isn't really a "J" cabin, as many threads on the AFKL forums testify).
