We've been largely out of touch on a transatlantic cruise for the past 12 days and apologize if this has already been covered here or elsewhere.

We're currently sitting at nearly 200,000 EQMs after the first DEQM promotion. When we hit our 125,000 EQM way earlier this year, UA gave us our choice of rewards as follows:

125,000 EQM / 125 EQS reward choices:
- 50 chances to win our Global Experience Sweepstakes
- 5,000-mile rebate on a Standard Award
- Carry forward 5,000 EQM/5 EQS into 2010

For the most recent DEQM/DEQS Promotion, it appears the pot has been considerably sweetened:

2 Systemwide Upgrades, or
25,000 redeemable bonus miles, or
A one-year annual fee waiver ($375 value) on your Mileage Plus® Club Visa® card, the only credit card that includes a full membership to the Red Carpet Club®

We'd certainly rather be choosing from these most recent options rather than the first fairly boring options. Any discussion on this? Anybody else feel a little, well, cheated, for being a good customer too early in the year?
