I believe that it's a mistake to tip the concierge and bell captain for making dinner reservations and getting you a taxi at the Conrad HKG. A 10% service charge is automatically added to your bill, and it's my understanding that the service charge is in lieu of a tip for services that you'd typically expect from the individual hotel employees.
