They told me opening date was today (9/9). The place looked nice enough, but I think it'll take them a while to match the PH standard (the PH is a wonderful hotel, and -imo- sets the standard in HCMC). The IC was on sale for $153 during a recent round of Great Asia on Sale, and I would expect it to come on Pointbreaks shortly.
