Cajun-style roasted chicken breast offered on a fresh corn salad

Salad:
A combination salad featuring fresh seasonal greens offered with pepper cream dressing or Sapori olive oil and basalmic vinegar and accompanied by an artichoke, wild mushroom and pea salad

Bread Basket:
Assorted gourmet breads

Main Course:
Beef Fillet
Fillet of beef served with a smothered onion demi-glace, roasted root vegetables and smashed potatoes with spinach and Gorgonzola

The classic cabernet sauvignon and beef pair well. The Murphy-Goode Cabernet has soft tannins and wonderfull cassis fruit on the nose that compliments the semi-sweet sauce of the beef.
